NOTE: ONCE RESERVED ALL PUPPIES WILL HAVE THEIR OCVI FLORIDA Health Certificate Updated/Revised with Customer Name and the Microchip added by Vet to assure you are getting the puppy that was seen and health checked by the Vet.
All Paperwork will match and all information will be transfered to the new owner. You also get your Health Guarantee.
This will avoid the issues on how the scammers that make multiple copies of paperwork /Health Certs and hand out copied paperwork, owner never knows if there puppy was the one to actually be seen and checked by the vet.

The tradition of coming to a breeder’s home to choose a puppy and play with multiple puppies is one that some people still think exists. The world has changed and so has this practice.
We are not a commercial puppy store where you can play and explore each available puppy. In fact, that practice in the State of Florida also stopped back in most of all Florida counties in 2022, NO MORE PUPPY STORES!
This has allowed for a huge amount of online scams in the French Bulldog Marketplace. We know this and want to ease your mind to know we are a legitimate Florida business with the same website for 10 Plus Years, references and merchant accounts to back us up as well as we offer financing with bank references and Veterinarean references etc. as needed. We also accept credit cards and offer financing which will also guarantee a NO SCAM experience. The scams arise from people requesting Western Union, Cash app and other cash on the spot options with no recourse to the buyer. This is not what we do, we take a minimum $250 deposit if your picking up same day, this way we also obtain the buyers contact and contract information for your Bill of Sale, Puppy Health Certificate and all paperwork as required by Law. You can also call us anytime directly and we meet you in person to pick up your new puppy.
This process also ensures a smooth transaction and avoids all "PUPPY WINDOW SHOPPERS" as we want our puppy to go into their new forever home from us to you in a seamless healthy manner as well with a puppy health guarantee etc. without the puppy going theough multiple people in which we then cannot guarantee a healthy puppy etc. You are provided a Bill of Sale, Puppy Health Certificate and akc or health records as required and the balance is always paid at pick up thru all of our various payment methods listed on our website.
*** If you are financing you do need to apply prior toi arrange pick up in order to prepare your contract and Bill of Sale etc.

The Number one reason we do not allow visits is to bring strangers into our home for our own family’s safety as well as the puppies health. The world has changed and personal safety is always first. This is our home where we live to raise and socialize each puppy and get them ready for their new families.
Second reason is that every stranger that wants to come visit tracks in different germs and bacteria on their hands and shoes, then proceeds to touch and handle our puppies, making them susceptible to sickness and disease along with cross contamination to each litter. The age that our puppies become available to you to take home are between 8-10 weeks and not 16 weeks like the standard of commercial puppy store's. This also changes the timing of their shots as puppies have low immune systems (just like Human babies) and need to build their immune levels up with a series of multiple vaccinations. First shots are given between 7-8 weeks and health certificate with vet exam is at 8-10 weeks for release of each and every puppy. Some puppies may need additional time. Imagine being exposed to all of the above before someone even chooses a puppy and then they change their mind! We always put the value of our puppies’ health and well being first, so please understand these are the reasons why we don’t allow visits.
We love to be as transparent as possible hence the reason why we take multiple time-lapsed pictures and videos of each puppy for you to see. as well as the website is always up top date etc. When available, we are happy to send videos or FaceTime with you. Each puppy comes pre-spoiled with lots of love and affection.
When they are ready to be released, they are healthy and ready for their new adventures with an accompanied Florida Health Certificate as well as Health Guarantee posted on our website.
